The goal of this course is to allow all those responsible for implementing and running the Contract Manager system to gain an overview of how the different system areas interact. Note this course will not go into detail - it is a high level view for system managers. This should be the first course attended in the Contract Manager seminar range.

This is a customised course designed for attendance by a single organisation - and uses scenarios reflecting the business needs of that organisation and the particular products offered to their client base. The Product file is the most important file area in Contract Manager and the course goes into each field in detail within this file. The Contract Manager Overview seminar must be attended prior to attendance on this course.

Overview:
All attendees should first attend the Contract Manager Overview training. At least one person attending this course from your organisation should have attended the Administering your Database course, as some of the topics covered will require action by the System Manager / Administrator to implement on the live system.
Course title: Enterprise Finance Manager - Overview (1 day)

This course is aimed at new users who have not previously used the Enterprise Finance Manager system and / or for those requiring a high level understanding of the functionality of the system. It is a general overview of the system covering such areas as Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Allocating Cash and a brief overview of setting up and using the Nominal Ledger.
Course title: Enterprise Finance Manager - Set-up (1 day)

This course is held at the customer site and should be attended after completing the initial System Overview course. Designed for those responsible for setting up the Nominal Ledger parameters within the Enterprise Finance Manager, it is designed to work through step-by-step how to set-up the parameters with maximum hands-on time during the course.

This course is held at CFC Solutions training offices and should be attended after completing the initial System Overview course. It is designed to take users through all the day-to-day functionality of the Enterprise Finance Manager with maximum hands-on time working through a series of set exercises.
