Vehicle procurement
Using the acquisition module the creation of your vehicle fleet is both rapid and accurate using data provided from industry standard suppliers such as CAP. With the requisition module drivers may submit a selection of preferred vehicle choices.

Asset management
All financial and SMR data is recorded with detailed analysis of budgets by cost category, vehicle, cost centre and date range.

Driver management
From contact details to accident and training history, the system will manage every aspect of your fleet including ‘grey drivers’.

P11d reporting
Management and recording of vehicle allocations for annual P11d reporting.

‘O’ licence management
Fleet Plus administers all ‘O’ licence management from CPC holder details to roadside inspections and defect management.

SMR planner
The maintenance system within Fleet Plus automatically creates an A3 wall planner with all future maintenance scheduled in. This planner can be segmented and sent out via email to individual departments. Whenever key events are missed, alerts are raised within the system.

Accident management
The accident management module within Fleet Plus holds digital images and tracks progress from the initial incident through to the financial claim, monitoring any actions or statements from third parties along the way. Recharges and hire costs can also be generated within the module providing total accident cost.

Short term hire
Short term hire manages all externally hired vehicles and can also identify any pool vehicles that match your requirement to reduce hire costs. Users can recharge costs to appropriate cost centres directly from within this module.

KPI’s and reporting
The automated process within Fleet Plus allows Fleet Managers to focus on implementing best practice. Once key performance indicators have been set, comprehensive reporting tools within the system allows users to easily audit performance levels.

The system has an extensive suite of reports - from standard fleet lists to ‘pence per mile’ and carbon footprint reporting. Also available is the ‘quick click report writing tools’ with ‘drag and drop’ fields for custom reporting which integrates with Microsoft Word for user and business defined documentation.

Cost reporting provides complete analysis of vehicle life costs by asset and cost centre, vehicles and drivers - transferring cost centres are accounted for on a daily basis.

Contact manager
Automating all fleet management duties, giving users the ability to manage by exception and providing a complete to do list including ‘electronic Post It notes’.

Fuel management
Importing of fuel supplier analysis when combined with cost centre reporting provides detailed fleet PPM reporting.

Parts stock and workshop management
Additional parts stock and workshop management modules seamlessly integrate with the core vehicle management system to provide a platform for fleets operating with their own workshop facilities.
