The Role
We are looking for a self motivated individual with experience in the B2B telemarketing/telesales environment to join our team as a Telemarketing Consultant.
Our ideal candidate will need to be articulate, have good communication skills (both written and spoken), be able to work independently and on their own initiative, be self-driven to achieve targets and be an excellent team player.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- Contacting Fleet Managers, or decision makers responsible for vehicle fleet policy and management, to secure appointments for our sales team
- Build relationships with prospective customers by representing our company in a positive manner with the long term goal of building up a strong network of prospects who at the appropriate time will purchase our software systems
- Understanding our software products to a degree where you are comfortable in objection handling and able to put forward the key benefits of our system
- Position themselves within the company to be able to quickly provide online demonstrations of the product to prospective customers, calling on strong objection handling experience and over the phone personality
Full training will be given to enable the successful candidate to clearly understand the merits our product at a key benefits level.
Based within the existing sales team you will be encouraged to understand the sales process and how your role works to support the sales team set up.
You will receive a competitive basic salary and commission plan.
